I know the scale is mean and confusing, but it also forces me to really keep in check (sorta like a daily food journal does) and work harder the next day! That being said- I was 127.4 Sunday and 130 this morning, however I had 27%BF then and 22%BF this morn so I'll take it. I think I had some Sodium bloat going on from the RF wheat thins I ate (and ate more of today..shhhh, hey ~C loves them too ;-))! Last night I did 99mins of elliptical while watching TV shows such as the Big Bang Theory (FUNNY!!) I didn't go crazy on it- but I was working it, sweating and using a difference resistance each interval. I did 8.30 miles, 902 cals according to the machine... think I'm gonna get one of those Polar HRM's to double check myself- they are pretty accurate- no? Gosh, 12 weeks until Sept. Krissa pointed out- definitely no fooling around for us, it's GO time now, it's ON!!! After work today, hubby-to-be & I are going for a jog/run most likely outside unless it's too humid- can't wait!!
