Ok, not bad- but not good either. Went a bit crazy with eats since the wedding I went to - skimped on the exercise too but last night my skinny brother came home for the week and had me do the latest Bodyattack release, 60. Wowie - felt good to sweat and it gave me energy- when all I wanted to do was sleep before this.... I would like to see 127 again on the scale, I would like to see this # by July 1st (2 weeks). Think that's possible/reasonable? I think I have to get back to eating small meals throughout the day and stuff not of the bag/box. And now that I have my "Hasselbot" to daily hassle me via email about fitting into my dress, maybe I'll actually continue to MOVE! (Thanks Kelly!) Gonna be 1 yr older in 4 days, so I gotta make sure that I commitment daily to make fitness a priority so my bones, etc. stay strong & I stay healthy!! hehe :)

Tuesday- Did 2 miles on the track

Wednesday- w: 129.6, 22.4% BF later on @ night w: 132.8, 20% BF ; 3 miles on the track Cheated w/ hand full of M & Ms & some triskets w/ goat cheese :P

Thursday - w: 129.8, 22% BF ; 3 miles on the track (outdoor real running is much harder than treadmill/elliptical!) Cheated w/ a spoon full of Blueberry Ice cream- late night snack of PB & celery

Friday - w: 130.6, 20.7% BF It's raining & cloudy.... some way I'll get my cardio in!

Tomorrow I have a wedding to go to but I already said that I will not go crazy with eating, still gonna keep it healthy and not stuff myself... It's a promise, I said it- so I have to keep it ;-) Right ~C!?

It's ON!

I know the scale is mean and confusing, but it also forces me to really keep in check (sorta like a daily food journal does) and work harder the next day! That being said- I was 127.4 Sunday and 130 this morning, however I had 27%BF then and 22%BF this morn so I'll take it. I think I had some Sodium bloat going on from the RF wheat thins I ate (and ate more of today..shhhh, hey ~C loves them too ;-))! Last night I did 99mins of elliptical while watching TV shows such as the Big Bang Theory (FUNNY!!) I didn't go crazy on it- but I was working it, sweating and using a difference resistance each interval. I did 8.30 miles, 902 cals according to the machine... think I'm gonna get one of those Polar HRM's to double check myself- they are pretty accurate- no? Gosh, 12 weeks until Sept. Krissa pointed out- definitely no fooling around for us, it's GO time now, it's ON!!! After work today, hubby-to-be & I are going for a jog/run most likely outside unless it's too humid- can't wait!!

Saw this quote yesterday & chuckled!!
