Yesterday- Monday was my day off- I was feeling tired, weak, borderline cold coming on and I think I did something to my right hand/middle finger... it's really sore to the touch... so I must have done something Sunday to have bruised it??? Oh yea, as part of my off day I decided to make it my cheat day... so I had Bison burger with a BUN and fries/2 onion rings... OMG, yum. But back to diet and working out today.. I pray my hand feels okay lifting the weights otherwise I might have to make a trip to the doctors.
Weight check in is up: 132/133 almost. BF lowered to 20%. It's T.O.M too so I'm not too concerned.. Just going to continue on.
This was recorded on my bday cause I got this as a present (obviously) and I'm trying to figure the camera out and file transfer.. all that good stuff, so this isn't a direct 'fitness' related blog to youtz... but they will follow!! I promise.

Alright scale told me I'm 128 today, yay!!! I'm so excited to see it going back down... I totally can do this again!! I even wanted a 100 grand candy bar last night and resisted- GO ME!!! The only real cheat in these 5 days has been 6 triskets with some Cracked Chili Pepper Hummus, yummy :P
Let's see to recap my week, My biceps are still sore but slowly but surely they are straightening more with each day (No more T-Rex Syndrome!). Tuesday I did Chest, Wednesday was Legs, and Thursday was 45 mins of Cardio, treadmill style intervals. Today I am resting :) Jeremy is off playing Golf and I'm here at work but he still cooked me turkey burgers and left them in my fridge for me with a cute love note to boot! What can I say... He's the best!! That's why I'm marrying him!
I got 2 responses to the wedding back already. How awesome is that. Everything is coming together and will work out no matter all the glitches I have met with- Everything does happen for a reason, totally agree with ~C and whoever coined the famous quote!
OOOohhh I got the USB cord yesterday so I will try and mess with the camera sometime this weekend. Sunday I have to take a class for auto insurance purposes but still I'm working out this entire weekend... Saturday will be Shoulders/Abs and Sunday is Back/Triceps.

I went back to lifting yesterday- did biceps/abs and I'm sore! LOVE it!!!
I weigh 129 currently and I've got approximately 2 months to lose ~10 lbs. This time I'm NOT freaking out, I'm just doing what I know needs to be done.
I've been so busy with work and wedding planning and making excuses, well- no more! Invitations went out yesterday, getting my dress tailored by a professional and NOT David's dorky Bridal, and I now have an apartment to live in come Sept (6th down; 4 Langdon)!
I also purchased a one piece for a future NPC show: TBA. Check it! It will fit like a glove!
Oh yea & One more thing!!! I got this cool Sony Handcam for my birthday last month and I should have the USB cable I need today or tomorrow so I will learn how to use it ASAP and start to actually VLOG- I'm talking regular basis here!! And I can tell you all about things like my cruise island/excursions being switched around on me and how I'm still trying to figure out what we'll be doing on our honeymoon cruise!!
Anyway- It's good to be back- In more ways than one!!
