This week On...

I've been going to the gym everyday since last Tuesday (Sunday was a day OFF)... I still haven't gotten the AC Adapter for my elliptical!!! GRRR....
No pounds or fat lost... well the scale said a minus 3% Body Fat one night but that vanished! I haven't really eaten poorly, except a beer and some wheat thins last night... Oh and lastly - How BAD is Chicken Salad for you??? If it's made with light mayo on a whole wheat wrap??? I know it wouldn't be part of CONTEST dieting, but is it at least a Healthier choice?!??? Hmmm....

Date night was great on Saturday. Excellent dinner & Mall Cop was pretty good. The show got sold out. It was funny but not so much l-o-l funny.. maybe for some people. Overall, a good see.

And once I'm down in the dungeon working out & lifting, I will take video... I found my tripod the other day! What programs do you use to EDIT the stuff - music, titles... make it go faster, things like that??!!

Okay on another note, I finally sent my info to Team Scivation and I (along with my hubby) are awaiting our plans... we also are setting out to enter Bodybuilding.com's Muscletech Transformation Contest and the HydroxyCut Max one. More motivation to change, the better!

Oh, and I can't believe Joelle is still on the biggest loser!!!! Damn... I hope her friend, Carla, whoops her ass when she gets back!!!!!!

I don't think chicken salad that way is "bad" - figure the math out and the calories are likely not high at all. I just had some, minus the wrap earlier this week. YUM.
