Tuesdays with Tressa

Even though it's currently Friday and I've been married 5 months now!! woot! :-)

So tell me what's up with this?? this Tuesday deal??

2/3 the temporary loss of my wedding rings
2/10 dryer belt breaking (got new one and fixed it)
2/17 my car battery died (got new just have to replace yet)

Prrrraaaaay that nothing else crazy happens 2/24!!!! lol.

Ok, now as for Week Two - Scivation:

last Friday I did legs but it was weak. Saturday I was strong, it was a good workout.. shoulders/delts! Sunday was spent moving/lifting a bunch of stuff because my bro moved home. Monday was Chest/Back. Tuesday was off, so was Wednesday - OUCH! Yesterday was Bis/Tris - felt really good.. So I feel strong, but.........

I'm not losing anything!!!!!! I guess I really need LOTS more cardio... damn. My body just seems resistant this time around, it's much much harder.... it needs to snap out of being comfortable already!!

Ohh and a recap on Vday too... I had a wonderful day with the hubby. It started with breakfast in bed, roses and my fave perfume (With Love) and later that night was dinner at Double O - no wait and great service/food. Then we saw PUSH, it was ehhhhh..ok and some kids were throwing crap around which made this guy get up in the middle of the movie looking and yelling/cursing at everyone. Security kept coming in and out and we were right next to the door so it was a little annoying, oh well. We really wanted to see Taken, but we were a bit late and didn't want to get stuck in the front row!

Tonight is LEGS again, tomorrow Shoulders - I feel strong, and I'm gonna up the cardio and re-evaluate my diet too... my planning and attention to detail is needed I think. Ah well, I'll keep PUSHing anyway. Happy Weekend All!!!! :)
